Marketing is not only about creating new customer but also it’s about keeping a good relationship with existing customers which create brand loyalty
As a company, you should not only focus on marketing but investing time on the product which is more important, if your product can solve your customer burning problem then product sells automatically

You might be wondering the shift happened in the last few months in digital marketing because of the pandemic which supposes to happen by 2025
This debate between traditional and digital marketing is one of the hottest topics you see in the last few years
You may feel, this is the Digital age so Digital Marketing is the best marketing, but you have to look at the facts that India now has 504 million active internet users, who are five years or above, according to a joint study by the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) and Nielsen.

I have to share my few personal viewpoints apart from all technical stuff
Firstly
I feel communication skill is important in marketing
Because if you have a great product and you are not able to express your message to your audience then your all the effort is worthless
Secondly
I have been working with a multinational company as well as a startup where I have been part of both sales (corporate & channel sales ) and marketing, one learning I would say there is no specific marketing material/ message for success in the market, you have to try try try different materials to get your message right
You don’t have a perfect sales pitch for your customer you have to try and try different pitch which will get you to the right sales pitch
